Crocodile
Scientific Name:
Crocodylus niloticus
The Perfect Shot Location
This is the best position on a Crocodile. Side on neck shot.
The target area is relatively big. The brain shot is possible, although the head is normally kept dead still, it remains risky
due to the small size of the brain.
The heart and lung area is well exposed in this position, but not
always in exactly the same spot. Therefore it is also risky shot.
When wounded, they go straight for the water and could take days
to float to the top after death. The possibility is always there
that they get stuck under anobstacle and never surface.
